đŸ˜€ 50 Cent Calls Cap on Netflix’s Power-Inspired Show: “This Ain’t It”

50 Cent just gave a big ol’ side-eye to Netflix’s new crime series Nemesis — and he’s not holding back.

The show, cooked up by Power creator Courtney A. Kemp, has been billed as a Power-style drama with one familiar face: Shane Johnson, aka Cooper Saxe. But to Fif? That’s barely enough to warrant a “reunion.”

Taking to Instagram like only 50 can, the G-Unit boss wrote:

“Nah this ain’t it. A POWER reunion with one cast member 😆 I don’t know none of these đŸ„·â€™s. Ain’t nobody jackin this shit! LOL.”

Whew.

đŸ•”ïžâ€â™‚ïž So What’s Nemesis Even About?

Netflix describes Nemesis as:

“The story of two men on opposite sides of the law — expert criminal Coltrane Wilder and detective Isaiah Stiles — in a game of cat and mouse that flips the heist genre on its head.”

Sounds intense, right? But if you ask 50, it ain’t got that Power sauce.

Shane Johnson tried to keep the peace in the comments, writing:

“Yeah, but bro
we’re talking SAXE! That’s enough, man!”

Nice try, Saxe. But the internet is already riding with 50 on this one.

đŸ”„ Meanwhile, in the Power Universe

While Netflix tries to build its own gangster empire, 50 Cent’s Power universe keeps growing. He’s already teased more đŸ”„ on the way — including a Young Ghost & Tommy prequel titled Power Origins. And don’t forget his cryptic Tommy tease:

“You haven’t seen the last of Tommy
 💣 BOOM.”

One thing’s for sure: when it comes to gritty street dramas, Fif ain’t letting up.
