Kid Cudi Lists Calabasas Mansion & Earns Big in Personal Auction

Kid Cudi is switching things up on the real estate front, putting his stylish Calabasas home up for grabs with a price tag of $8.5 million. He initially bought the place for $7.7 million in mid-2021, aiming to make a modest return.
Built in 2001, the luxurious six-bedroom, eight-bath property offers top-tier features: a private theater, a gym with its own bathroom, a fire pit, a sports court, a putting green, and an expansive backyard complete with a lagoon-style pool, waterfalls, and a spa setup that screams vacation mode.
Beyond property, Cudi recently made headlines by unloading a chunk of his personal collection through Joopiter, the auction platform founded by Pharrell Williams. The event pulled in over $850,000, with 75 items on the block — from rare vintage tees and designer kicks to custom jewelry and artwork.
A standout item was a Jacob & Co pendant originally made for Pharrell back in 2005, which sold for a whopping $243,750 — more than double its estimated value. Another unique piece, a collaboration between Ben Baller, Takashi Murakami, and Cudi himself, sold for $187,500. Other highlights included Virgil Abloh-designed sneakers and one-of-a-kind gold chains, including one featuring Cudi’s likeness in precious stones.
In a chat with GQ, the artist shared that he felt ready to part with some meaningful pieces from his career, giving fans a chance to own a piece of his journey. He even let go of a rare Michael Jackson tee, admitting it took some serious thought before he could say goodbye.
All this comes as Cudi gears up for his new album, which he says is a tribute to his fiancée — every track a reflection of love.
