Finesse2Tymes in Federal Custody for Alleged Probation Violations

Rapper Finesse2Tymes is currently behind bars after reportedly breaching the conditions of his supervised release on several occasions. As reported by TMZ, he turned himself in on Friday, May 2.

Authorities claim the artist failed two drug tests—one in 2022 and another in 2024—with both allegedly showing marijuana use. Additionally, he was arrested earlier this year following accusations of making terroristic threats during an altercation involving his former artist, King, and King’s guardian. She alleges Finesse threatened to draw a firearm during their dispute.

Finesse2Tymes has been under supervision since July 2022 after serving nearly four years of a five-year sentence related to firearm possession as a convicted felon. His next court appearance is set for May 8.

Separately, the rapper is facing a lawsuit tied to a violent nightclub incident in Decatur, Georgia, in June 2023. Ernest Flores, who says he was driving for Finesse that night, amended a previous lawsuit in January to include the rapper. The suit claims that Finesse failed to help manage the crowd, and blames the venue’s operators for holding the event despite knowing it could turn dangerous.

The incident reportedly occurred around 3 AM during an afterparty for Birthday Bash Weekend, where gunshots rang out following an argument. Initial reports stated that five people were shot. Flores, one of the victims, claims he was hit in the head and has submitted photos of his injuries as evidence.
