Explicit Texts Between Cassie and Diddy Revealed in Court

During the ongoing legal proceedings involving singer Cassie and Sean “Diddy” Combs, jurors were shown a series of explicit text messages exchanged between the former couple. These messages were presented during the cross-examination of Cassie by Diddy’s legal representatives.
One message from Cassie, reportedly sent in 2009, stated her consistent readiness for what she termed “freak off” sessions, indicating her availability at any time.
Diddy’s defense team is apparently attempting to demonstrate that Cassie willingly participated in these “freak offs” and that all sexual interactions between them were consensual.
Other text messages attributed to Cassie and shown in court included expressions of her sexual desire, such as “I feel like I want to engage in sexual activity” and “My level of arousal is so high that it’s affecting my ability to concentrate.”
One particularly graphic message reportedly read, expressing anticipation for a specific sexual act.
Cassie also testified that Diddy was the one who introduced her to performing oral sex early in their relationship.
In contrast, the prosecution is arguing that the “freak offs” and other sexual activities involving Diddy were not consensual. They contend that he coerced and drugged individuals to engage in these acts against their will.
Testimony from a sex worker, identified as Daniel Philip, who allegedly participated in sexual encounters with Diddy and Cassie, provided further details. Philip stated that his involvement with the couple began in 2012 and continued for approximately a year.
During his testimony, Philip claimed that during one sexual encounter with Cassie, she asked him to urinate in her mouth.
Earlier in the proceedings, prosecutor Emily Johnson reportedly stated that Cassie would testify about feeling as if she were choking when Combs directed an escort to urinate in her mouth.
Philip described the encounters as involving sexual activity with Cassie while Diddy observed, masturbated, and sometimes gave instructions. He claimed to have received thousands of dollars in payment for each of these encounters with the couple.
Philip also testified that these sexual sessions could last anywhere from one hour to as long as ten hours.
Furthermore, Philip detailed experiencing difficulties maintaining an erection in Diddy’s presence after allegedly witnessing the music mogul physically assault Cassie. He also stated that he would not receive payment if he was unable to perform sexually.
The presentation of these text messages and the contrasting testimony highlight the central conflict in the case: whether the sexual activities were consensual, as the defense argues, or the result of coercion and non-consent, as the prosecution contends. The interpretation of these communications within the context of the broader testimony will likely be a key factor in the trial’s outcome.
